A large flat-screen TV hangs over the fireplace, next to the recently replaced (2020) large slider to the spacious back deck. Also on this level are the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with an updated fridge (also in 2020). A Rinnai direct vent heater sits at the foot of the stairs, augmented by the heat pump capabilities of the mini-split in the upper hall. Upstairs, find the 2nd bedroom on your left, with a pyramid bunk set and private bath, across the hall from the loft sleeping area with a queen bed and skylight. Further down the hall, look down into the living area or take a left into the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and another private bath. The Lincoln Station swim club has indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a tennis court. Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available on weekends and holidays in the winter season. This home is rented for the winter season. Enjoy the rent, which will be pro-rated, but the tenant cannot be moved. Many of Lincoln Station's fireplaces recently failed inspection, including this one. The association will not allow renters to use wood-burning fireplaces in the future.
